If you're looking for a high-energy Celtic ceilidh band in the North West - look no further. The DB Ceilidh Band never fail to entertain and guarantee a fun night for everyone. With a top-notch caller to guide you through the evening, they cater for all age groups, from experienced dancers to casual party-goers and anything in between. They perform lively renditions of traditional music and dances of the British Isles, from fast jigs and reels to slow, lilting Celtic love songs. This band play a mixture of English, Scottish and Irish material.
The band's basic lineup is a 4-piece, but they also regualrly perform as a 5 or 6 piece - please enquire for details. They can do full evenings of Irish or Scottish, if you want to have a St Patrick's Day celebration or Burns' Night singalong. They also have a wide range of Irish and Scottish songs.

We really did not know what to expect as this was our first Ceilidh. We were really apprehensive thinking that most people would be quite shy and would be quite reluctant to take to the dance floor. How wrong could I be?! From the word go everyone was up and in the mood, soaking up the atmosphere. Even my husband (married 28 years) danced every dance, which is amazing as he is the one that always sits in a corner and watches everyone else, so this for me was quite special.
