Pianist Brian ref: 3769.2

Brian's wealth of experience extends to many areas of the music spectrum. A professional educator for a number of years he has worked with a variety groups and ensembles. Most notable is the creation of the Campus Big Band which performed extensively in Cumbria and performed a number of times in Europe notably in 1985 at Berlin under the auspices of the British Council. In the early 90's he was instrumental in helping to create a Jazz/Fusion band " Ol' Bones" which became very popular in Carlisle and Cumbria which performed as part of Keswick Jazz Festival on a number of occasions. He has most recently turned his hand to Swing Music and has run a very successful wedding band in the "rat pack" style called "Swingthing."
