The inspiration for the music is the Bach Flower Remedies, and the pieces trace musical journeys which move in a positive emotional direction. The music is lyrical and soulful; it creates a great ambience for people to have a relaxing experience. Some of the pieces could be danced to, but this is not upbeat dance music.
