WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?

  • We  reconfirm continued availability of the group. (Availability can change rapidly, particularly at certain times of the year. If the group is no longer available, we get back to you as soon as we can with an alternative, if possible.)

  • We email you a written confirmation, holding the musicians for 10 days, with our receipt of your 20% deposit confirming the booking. (If we don't receive your deposit within the 10 days, we may accept another booking for the musicians.) The confirmation has all payment details, address to send payment, etc.

  • Unfortunately, we can't take 'Provisional Bookings'. Because or musicians are so popular, often we issue more than one quotation for a particular group on a specific day.

  • Payments can be made by cheque, direct transfer to our bank account, or via PayPal using credit, debit card or PayPal account. (Please note, we have to make an additional charge for card handling. See PayPal pages.)

The Schedule for the day - helpful information.

To book a group it is imperative to have the start and finish time of when you would like the group to play for you. (If this is not known at the time of booking, please discuss this with us, as often a group will be playing for more than one event in a day.)

It is also very useful to tie up other parts of the schedule earlier rather than later. Here are some examples of schedules which you can copy and paste into your email to us, replacing the ## by the appropriate time e.g. 2.30.
