What happens if a band member falls ill

If a band member falls ill, the band works to organise a deputy. There can also be car accidents, broken arms, or as in one case hand mangled in agricultural machinery the day before the event. The band, if they are able, do their best to resolve the situation. They may ask us to help, and with the large number of bands on our site, we have pulled off some amazing last minute rescues of situations. However, it is impossible to say that some last minute, irresolvable disaster could never happen, no matter how unlikely that is. If that were to happen and the band failed to perform, your money would be refunded.
