Can you provide special documentation for our accounts department

DEPOSIT

When you book, you pay a deposit online. You will receive an email from PayPal confirming your payment has been received. You can present this to your accounts department if necessary.

FINAL PAYMENT

Once you have made a booking, we email you a 'Confirmation of Booking & Invoice' as a PDF file. Section 6 of this document can be printed off as an invoice for the final payment.

We do not issue any other invoice. As an online booking agency we strive to offer an excellent service at excellent value.  Regrettably this does not allow us to offer alternative methods of invoicing, payment methods or terms.
