"The magnificent former country residence of Sir William Gilbert is set in over 40 acres of beautiful gardens and woodlands. A shrine for Gilbert & Sullivan enthusiasts from all over the world, the hotel will be presenting many G&S Operettas during 2009. The beautiful grounds and architecture have made the Grim's Dyke a very popular location for wedding ceremonies. We have three suites licensed for this purpose. Ceremony music can be provided by your choice of CDs or you may wish to make use of the hotel's grand piano. The string quartet's music and style makes a perfect accompaniment and in the Music Room they will entertain your guests from our impressive Minstrels Gallery, and herald the entrance of the bride."
