The jolly The Ceilidh Idealach Scottish Session Band tailor the event to suite the everyone, whatever their energy and abilities. Typically, the evening would start with some music to listen to, to get people 'in the mood'. There would be a couple of dances, then a break for people to get their breath back, while the band played another tune, then another dance and so on.
