The band have gone through a number of line-up changes since its inception in 2005 with the current line-up having been together for two years. The band perform Irish Ceilidh (ceili) for weddings in and around Britain. Between them they play banjo, guitar, piano accordion, violin, mandolin, bodhran, penny whistle and keyboard with additional percussive input from cymbal and tambourine.

This lively band need to be listened to to be fully appreciated. With a line-up of guitar, fiddle bass and vocals they would be an asset for any occasion. The band perform Irish Ceilidh (ceili) for weddings in and around Britain. Together they spread their musical wings very wide, encompassing jigs and reels from the British Isles to the gypsy dances of Hungary and Romania and the rhythm and blues from across the Atlantic.
The GM Band play music for all sorts of events and in venues such as hotels, restaurants and church halls. A great band for an Irish Ceilidh (ceili) on St Patrick's Day’s, or just to bring the flavour of Ireland to Britain. Their line up is fiddle, guitar, bass and caller. Their caller is experienced in explaining the dances and then helping people through them. They usually start with very easy dances and then they get a bit more complex as the evening goes on. During any breaks, the band will play some tunes or sing a few songs.
