The MF Ceilidh Band are a lively 3 piece band (plus caller), hailing from the North of England. The band regularly plays for private functions in Darlington. They are available for all kinds of events - usually across Northumberland, Tyne & Wear and County Durham, and sometimes further afield. Great for weddings, corporate entertainment, fundraisers, family gatherings and more. All dances are fully called and suitable for absolute beginners, expert dancers and anything in between!

The NL Barn Dance Band have been providing quality ceilidhs and music for over 20 years. Their sound draws from their Northumbrian, Irish and Scottish heritage, making a melting pot of Celtic influences and a wide variety of lively and exciting music. This band plays for parties, weddings and other events in and around Darlington. They play all the ceilidh favourites (Dashing White Sergeant, Strip The Willow, Virginia Reel, etc) as well as waltzes, circle dances, square dances and instrumental pieces while you get your breath back!

The NFB Band hail from Yorkshire and are a "power trio" of melodeon, fiddle and percussion. The band regularly plays for private functions in Darlington. They have a mixed repertoire of the English and Scottish styles, or can stick to all the Scottish standards if you want a more traditional Scottish experience. They have a full sound and a rhythm that's sure to get everyone up and dancing, and their caller will take everyone through the dance steps. Paul's Compact Ceilidh is one of our "one person band" ceilidh artists. Paul calls the dances and also plays melodeon. A fun band for a wedding or party in Darlington. Paul is an accomplished multi-instrumentalist playing in many bands - he knows his stuff and is able to get you all dancing, regardless of your age or expertise! He also brings all required equipment with him (all PAT tested and covered by PLI) and is ideal for intimate or quirky venues where there might not be space for a full band.
