The TA Barn Dance Band have a line up of two musicians and a caller/musician, which can include fiddle, bodhran, piper, guitar or flute. Their caller loves diverse groups and is happy to adapt to two left feet or really experienced groups. They provide a joyful combination of music and dance and some fine fiddling when the dancers need to put their feet up.
Their music includes reels, jigs, hornpipes, polkas and waltzes.
The SPBand are a lively and enthusiastic band with a wealth of experience, who have been playing music together since the early 1990s. The band plays barn dance music for all social occasions. A barn dance (sometimes called a ceilidh) is the ideal social event for getting people of all ages to mingle and have fun together.
