The SG Band is a 5-piece melodic rock/covers/party band that has been together for over 4 years. Their female lead singer is ex-professional, and between them the other members have extensive recording/radio/TV/festival experience going back to the 60s. Their repertoire starts in the late 50s and continues to the very latest hits. The SG Covers Band are a guitar-based band, but their rhythm guitarist's instrument has synth access which emulates keyboards, horn sections etc to generate a really big sound.

The band's musical style ranges from ABBA to AC/DC via just about everything else in between to provide the sort of music that gets everyone up dancing. They'll bring to your event a polished, comprehensive and diverse set list that covers all those bands that you'd expect such as The Beatles, Stones, Bon Jovi, The Who, Kinks, Tina Turner & Queen along with a few that you might not, like KT Tunstall, Blondie, Aretha Franklin, Four Non Blondes & Sister Sledge!
