The KF Barn Dance / Ceilidh Band ref: 4522.2
The KF ceilidh band has been bringing parties to life for more than 10 years with their exciting music and their professional touch. Their basic line-up of accordion, violin, drums and bass is sometimes augmented by a mandolin or clarinet and the sound is vibrant and energetic. The band is flexible in its approach and will adapt to whatever is required at different venues for a variety of occasions. During breaks in the dancing the band will play well known folk tunes, and the dances can be themed to suit Scottish or Irish evenings. The band has its own callers who use a mixture of humour and gentle persuasion to get people onto their feet and they ensure that everyone has a brilliant evening.
Band repertoire includes both English and Scottish favourites.
