Wantage is a hall of great character and tradition, with a very loyal and friendly student community. Old Court is built in an Oxford college style, with an enclosed lawned quadrangle, and students living here imagine they're in Brideshead Revisited or Hogwarts, according to their literary tastes. New Court was joined to the north wing of Old Court in 1970, and Lawn, a large Victorian house opposite the main gate completes the Wantage territory.
