| This experienced band, first started in 1989, is a 5 piece band + caller. The instrumental line up is melodeon, guitar, bass guitar, keyboards and drums. They have been described as, " the rare mix of the loud and heavy band who generated excitement without pushing the tempo. You could dance with energy and yet still have time". Their style combines traditional english music and song with many different musical genres: Rave, Reggae, Blues, Rap, Country etc etc etc …….whatever takes their fancy. The boys still work as a ceilidh band but are also enjoying the freedom of concert type gigs.
The ceilidh band have appeared at almost every festival in the UK, including Glastonbury, Sidmouth, Towersey and Chippenham. |
