| This is a high calibre, traditional Scottish Dance Band, playing for Scottish Dance Societies and Ceilidhs. The band play regularly for weddings, parties, anniversaries, etc. and are very experienced both in encouraging people to participate and in guiding them in the moves of the dance. The line-up includes, accordion, piano, fiddle, drums and caller. |
| 50th Birthday party | As is the way with these things, it was pretty chaotic at the end of the evening, so didn’t really have much of a chance to say thank you to the band for their fantastic help on making the evening go with a swing.
Please pass on our thanks to them.I’m also very happy to recommend them if anyone feels they need feedback from someone who has used them. | | Wedding anniversary | Just a quick note to say how pleased Tracey and I were with the ceilidh band…The band arrived in good time, set up with little fuss and played a good selection of music to a good standard. We certainly had plenty of people up dancing for most of the evening, and many guests commented what fun they had. The caller struck a good balance between instruction, coaching, coaxing and making-do and this resulted in the dances all going extremely well. I would not hesitate to recommend the band to friends considering a similar event. | | Wedding | Rhona and I wished to say how much we and our guests enjoyed the Ceildh band, who were marvelous and entertaining and helped us achieve exactly what we wanted for our wedding. |
