| Based in the Lake District this string quartet have earned an excellent reputation since their formation in 1996. The Quartet members have played with the Bournemouth Symphony Orchestra, the English Symphony Orchestra, the National Concert Orchestra and the Northern Concert Orchestra - an impressive pedigree.
In 1998 the Quartet gave a world premiere of Butterworth's Quartet, opus 100 which was written with this string quartet in mind. |
