| The WJ Band play lively British traditional music for Ceilidhs, Barn Dances, parties and celebrations. Instruments played include mandola, mandolin, guitar, fiddle, accordion, tenor banjo and djembe.
Debs, their caller, will guide you through the dances, whether you are a novice or a seasoned Ceilidh dancer, and they have a selection of tunes to entertain you if you need a breather!
The band are available to play dance music for all occasions, from barn dances to weddings, from parties to anniversaries.
The band have their own PA system, which incorporates a CD player for background music, and they can also provide stage lighting if required. |
| Birthday Party | We hired the band for a 30th birthday barn dance party ….. We were so happy we did. They had everyone dancing from early in the evening, and showed no sign of slowing down until the end. Debs the caller was great, very patient and professional, and somehow managed to teach us all a little something.
