| The KH Jazz Band comes in various guises depending on the size of the venue - as a duo (voice and piano), a trio (voice, piano and bass), a quartet (voice, piano, bass and drums). Lead vocalist Kai has a deep flexible sound and range and her "refreshing and exciting" voice is sure to keep you entertained.
The band line up is made up from a pool of players and includes piano bass, drums, trumpet and sax. The band are available for any type of event and their client list includes BUPA, Christie's Auction House, Halifax Plc, John Lewis Partnership, Royal Bank of Scotland (to list just a few) plus numerous private clients.
Options available are Duo, Trio, Quartet. For dancing a quartet is recommended. |
| The repertoire includes jazz standards from the 1920s to the 1960s: sets can include Rat Pack-style swing, Latin tunes, Nat King Cole ballads and blues as well as Louis Jordan jump jive, rock and roll and popular repertoire from artists such as Norah Jones, Diana Krahl and Madeleine Peyroux.
